I found your article via a friend and started using the mind-map immediately at work – so far my team has used it three times. Everyone who has been in the interview has liked the process, *including* the interviewees themselves ! They appreciate a different interview approach because it shakes things up a bit. I find that it’s a great way to drive the interview process because you can see at a glance an overview of their strengths – according to them.

I’m definitely going to be continuing this process !
