		<description>This is hardly a side-by-side comparison, it&#039;s a picture of the longest RIFE snippet and a short Rails snippet. The list act of Rails btw makes a lot of this very short. So for the target application (which is an reorderable list) the code really capitalizes on that.

Since then a lot happened, and I&#039;d like to point you to what DHH says himself after having looked closer at RIFE instead of just comparing number of code lines:
